Fimodoro (herein after "Application") is owned and operated by Vincent Lossel (herein after "We", "Us", "Our", "Editor"). These terms govern the use of the Application, including all features and functionality available through the Application.

By using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Application.

We may update these Terms at any time.

Subscription

The Application offers a subscription package that gives Users access to premium features. The subscription is billed on a monthly or yearly basis or as a one-time payment, depending on the User's choice. By subscribing, the User agrees to pay the applicable subscriptions fees and any taxes that may apply to the subscription.

We reserve the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend the subscription package at any time and for any reason.

Intellectual Property

The Editor is the owner of the intellectual rights and has the rights of use on all the elements accessible on the Application, in particular the texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, icons and sounds.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation or publication of all or part of the elements of the Website, whatever the means or process used, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of the Editor.

Any unauthorized use of the Application or any of the elements it contains will be considered as constituting an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.

The Editor cannot be held liable for direct and/or indirect damage caused to the User's equipment when accessing the Application, and resulting either from the use of unsuitable equipment, or from the appearance a bug or an incompatibility.

The Editor cannot be held liable for consequential damages resulting from the use of the Application.

The Application is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Application or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful component.

We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether the express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute in connection with the use of the Application is subject to French law.

Except in cases where the law does not allow it, exclusive jurisdiction is given to the qualified courts of Strasbourg, France.
